Chanel Invests in Sustainable Packaging

Startup's products are based on a biodegradable, microplastic-free trademarked material.

Chanel has invested in Sulapac, a startup company in Finland, that makes sustainable packaging products based on a biodegradable, microplastic-free trademarked material made from FSC-certified wood chips and natural binders.    According to Sulapac, Chanel is the first investor from the cosmetics industry.
